Rosebank Travel Service (Pty) Ltd was established in 1963 and has a track record of integrity and morality. We are recognised as one of the premier travel agencies in this country. We enjoy an excellent reputation as our philosophy centres around service excellence - being owner-managed, we guarantee hands-on, personalised, superior service. Many of our staff have been working in the travel industry for over 20 years and are very well-informed in all aspects of travel. Forty five percent of our staff are from a previously disadvantaged background and we are in the process of negotiation with a valuable and exciting BEE partner.
As a member of the dynamic XL Travel consortium, we are able to take advantage of the bulk-buying potential with certain suppliers. This alliance has enabled us to maintain our individual touch but has given our clients access to competitively negotiated special rates with selected ‘partners par excellence’. Rosebank Travel is also a member of IATA (International Air Travel Association), ASATA (Association of South Africa Travel Agents) and our director is a member of the prestigious BTG (Business Travel Guild), which is an exclusive board of representatives representing ALL groups within the travel industry.
